Correcting Journal Entries

Viewing Adobe Acrobat Reader PDF Files   
This site makes extensive use of PDF (Portable Document Format) files and the Adobe Acrobat Reader software program.  Adobe Acrobat Reader makes it easy to view and print PDF files available on this web site.  PDF files may also be downloaded and saved to your computer for future use.  Adobe Acrobat Reader must be installed on your computer in order to use these features.  Adobe Acrobat Reader is a free download only takes a few minutes to install.

To Install Adobe Acrobat Reader Version 9   
1. Click on the “Get Adobe Reader” icon above.
2. Deselect the check-box next to "Adobe Photoshop Album Starter Edition".
3. Click on the yellow “Continue” button.
4. Deselect the check-box next to "Free Google Toolbar".
5. Click on the yellow "Download Adobe Reader" button to begin downloading the program.
6. When asked “Do you want to run or save this file?” click on “Run”.
7. When asked “Do you want to run or software?” click on “Run”.
8. The software will begin to download.
9. When the download is finished, follow the Adobe Acrobat Setup instructions to install the software.

Software Support Request
File a Support Request if there is a technical or cosmetic issue with of PKL Software's programs or website.
The "Software Support Request" system is designed to collect issues, errors, and suggestions you have for our products.  It is web based and you can access it from any of our practice sets via the Administration menu item and the Software Support Request sub menu item.  This system is available to security level Professors and Administrators but not to Students.  The system allows you to enter a new support request, view the status of existing ones, and generate reports on the requests.  A support request could be anything you feel needs to be fixed or investigated by PKL Software.  You can also see the other issues that are in the queue from Professors and Administrators.
